Head of Administration

Louisa is the Admin Officer, overseeing all administrative functions of the Institute and ensuring the daily operations run smoothly. With a professional and educational background in tourism and hospitality, she previously served in Human Resources of international hotel chains, where her roles involved strategic planning and development, property openings, event organizing, and special project start-ups.

Locally raised and a resident of Macau, she pursued her education in the U.S., attaining a B.S. in Management. She then attended University of Hawaii, acquiring her M.S. with emphasis in Human Resources Management and then an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources at University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
