Prof Richard Seyler Ling, Professor in Media Technology at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information, Nanyan Technological University (Singapore) will visit UNU Institute in Macau to work closely with Research Fellow Juhee Kang in her research on North Korean defectors.
