Huantian is Operations Manager. Before joining the Institute, he was the Deputy Chief of General Office of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security (MOHRSS), China. He has also served in the UN Peacekeeping mission in Liberia for a couple of years. He received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Foreign Languages, PLA.
