Tarinee joined the United Nations University Institute in Macau in August 2019 as Communications Manager. She serves as the Institute’s communication focal point and manages social media, visual communications and media relations efforts. Her experience spans across international development and private sectors focusing primarily on innovation, Industry 4.0 and sustainable development. Previously, Tarinee was an Account Manager at Hill+Knowlton Strategies in Bangkok where she provided integrated communications consultancy to clients across technology, renewable energy and property industries. She started her career in the USAID Feed the Future Asia Innovative Farmers Project and led outreach and communication activities and event management in Bangladesh, Cambodia and Nepal.
Tarinee holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College and a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. In her free time, you can find her doing strength training, Stand Up Paddleboarding and exploring the world one cuisine at a time.
